I want to thank Rebecca for helping us out and keeping us calm while we got stranded by the airport.. She reassured us that shuttle was going to pick us up, she even made sure that the driver knew are names to make sure we were in.. the drivers were amazing super friendly and helpful.. Now this is what I call a continental breakfast, regular waffles blueberry waffles miniatures or single waffles, omelets sausage links cereals boiled eggs coffee orange juice you name it they had it it was a huge spread, food was amazing!! In our room they had not miniature bottles but they actually had big bottles of body wash, conditioner and shampoo.. we will definitely be staying here again! Thank you staff y'all where amazing sincerely Texas

I was placed on the newly renovated 7th floor. Unfortunately, its newness was clear from the offloading of odors from the products, such as the chemical smell of the new carpet in the hallway. Some kind of hammering began fairly early in the morning, from down the hallway or on another floor. I felt as though the interior designers had not actually consulted with users. For example, I like to take baths, but the liquid bath/hair products were hung so high on the wall, permanently affixed, I had to stand up from the tub (each time) to get a dab on my hand. There was no handhold at the tub level, just the shower level. The lights in the bedroom section were so low, I had to use my cell phone to adjust the thermostat. But the ones in the entrance area and bathroom were so bright, I felt like I was on a stage (and the nightlights there glared into the bedroom...I will bring masking tape to cover them if I come back). Finally, at one point in the cycle of the HVAC system, the noise was so loud, I couldn't sleep. And the fan could not be cut off. So I opted to sleep with the system turned off, under a double layer of blankets (taking one from the adjacent bed). I likely will not return to this hotel.

Front desk staff service was bad. Upon check in the host seemed like he couldn’t be bothered to check any guests in. Once I walked through the hotel to my room there was a STRONG odor. Almost the smell of paint thinner. I did see one sign tucked away in the lobby saying that there are active renovations. Would have been great to know before booking. On the 6th floor where I was staying it was so strong I had to rush into the room. Luckily the room was clean and stocked. Anytime i’d leave the room the smell would hit you right away. Breakfast was 2/10 even for hotel breakfast it was bad. Overall it seemed like the property is not cared for. Housekeepers were very kind and friendly. They are the only reason the review is a 2/5 instead of a 1/5
