I booked on expedia paid the extra for the guarantee and i got there to find out my suite was given away, they gave me another room so i go to it and people had stuff in there and had to wait for the last room to be cleaned to finslly get in. Take your own towels if stsying more than a day becomes they only tend the rooms once every three days. Definitely too overpriced for the service you get. No apologies and no refund for room they gave away.

It’s just okay, not great … Stayer beware.

It was just okay. The old adage of slap lipstick on a pig would be appropriate. It looks like the owners have tried, but it’s just ugh. The surrounding area is very sketchy, too.

No tv remote, the phone did not work and there was no breakfast due to a blown breaker and no one available with a key to the room to reset it. The shampoo dispenser was empty, and the floors were terribly dirty

It's in the details

It wasn't dirty but it wasn't that clean. Bits of paper in the floor, a bottle cap, a cigarette next to the bed. Housekeeping definitely needs to do better. No shampoo, empty tissue box, toilet paper was low, no trash can in the bathroom. The issues are small but it doesn't give confidence to the quality of the hotel overall.

One of the worst hotels I have stayed in. I typically do not write reviews but feel I have to warn others. I can’t believe Radisson has their name on this place. I am done with Radisson. It was very dirty. Our room was 87 degrees when we first got there. It took all night to cool down. One TV wouldn’t turn on and the other most channels don’t work. The breakfast had a refrigerator with yogurt in it still with a sign that it was out of order. The coffee was cold. I think you get the picture.

It was a clean room, quiet, very comfortable bed with feather pillows which I thought was a nice touch. The staff was very friendly. Check in was a breeze and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

The curtains did not shut so we had to sleep with a lot of street light in the room The drawer was opening on its own from being broke or something and the room felt very shady.
