The breakfast was great, with the made to order omelets. Rooms were clean and updated. The pool was great for our kids. I just had to ask several times for someone to make up the sleeper sofa, and bring up the pack n play- but I feel like that’s pretty typical with hotels across the board.

The room safe was locked out when we arrived. The staff was asked to open it so we could use it, but they did not send anyone to get it open. More than one request was made. I have always liked Embassy Suites, so I am very disappointed in the local staff.

I arrived early at about 1 pm. I asked if I could have an early check in because I had a funeral I needed to get ready for. The room was ready and they said yes but it a $75 fee to check in early. I spoke to another guest and they arrived earlier than I did and they were only charged $35. I think it is ridiculous if the room is ready and I am 3 hours early that I have to pay a fee. Never have I ever been charged a fee like that at any other hotel and why would the fee not be the same for other guests. To add to it the front desk staff did not want to explain why I was being charged a fee. I will not be returning to this hotel.
