Not a fan of the pool music

We like staying at Hampton Inn because of the large rooms and big beds. Breakfast is always good. On our first night there was recorded music coming from outside the room all night (from the pool area??). Not a fan of the music in the lobby either. We stayed 4 nights and the room was serviced only once.

It was good but only 1 small bar of Soap for the week. I’d prefer a dispenser like the shampoo and conditioner was in. Frig was not plugged in and our food spoiled.
