Front desk Staff was not professional and the security girl was absolutely crazy. Great location for hotel but needs to be cleaned better and night staff needs a better attitude.

The parking situation needs to be MUCH clearer. I feel the staff should had said that the pricing in garage is very misleading. I ended paying more than 40$ a day and the sign on building says parking will not exceed 24$ a day. The parking is not part of their property and you know it’s a problem because they handed me a piece of paper after the fact that I need to speak to the city

We really enjoyed our stay with Hyatt. It was in a great location and walkable to many restaurants/shops. The staff were pleasant and the rooms were nice. The rooftop bar was our favorite part of the stay. The beer selection was excellent, and it had a good vibe.

Ac wouldn’t get it below 75 in the room first nite some girls were partying and extremely loud until 5 am nobody at the hotel cared to do anything about it.

We travel to Charleston 5-6 times per year for business and to visit family/friends as well. This was our first time staying at the Hyatt Place and we will return! The parking garage is located immediately adjacent to the hotel which is great. The hotel is steps away from the great restaurants on upper King but because it is set back off of King it is quiet. The staff was very friendly, professional and helpful.
