Summary: Your dream Charleston getaway awaits in our newly renovated 2BR apartment on James Island. Our space boasts two memory-foam Queen beds and a cozy futon for ultimate relaxation. Experience the best of both worlds with a short 10 min drive to Folly Beach and 12 mins to Downtown. Our full kitchen and bath provide convenience, while the large, shaded, fenced-in backyard is perfect for creating memories with family and friends. For added fun, we offer beach chairs, towels, and a Bluetooth stereo.
The Space: This spacious, well designed apartment offers a full kitchen with all the essentials, comfortable tiled shower with bench seat, rain shower-head, and detachable shower-head, easy key-code access, Wifi, two flat screen smart TV's, shared laundry room, inside and outside seating areas, and ample space in the large shady backyard to play and entertain. For guest convenience we provide coffee, sugar, bath and beach towels, bed linens, paper towels, toilet paper, and soaps.
Guest Access: In addition to the apartment guests have access the to the fenced-in 1/2 acre backyard, with ample parking for cars, boats, RVs etc. (backyard is shared with home owner and other guests that my be staying in the detached Cozy Island Cottage located in the rear of the property). Guests also have access and use of shared laundry room (detergent is provided) and outdoor kitchen (please notify the host if you would like to use the outdoor kitchen, so a quick tutorial can be provided) and the outdoor shower.
The Neighborhood: Centrally located in a convenient James Island neighborhood, only a quick 5-mile drive or Uber ride to both Folly Beach and Downtown Charleston. Beautiful James Island County Park is close by as well as restaurants, bars, shopping, banking, and convenience stores within a half-mile.

Other Things to Note: There are three rental units on the property that may be housing other guests during your stay. The units are all separate with designated outdoor areas and parking, but are on the same half acre property so please be courteous of others.
The Island Hideout is the unit attached to the front house located on ground level.
