Room was clean, front staff exceptional, if not slightly grumpy at times.. Bathroom is very small , and getting out of the parking lot can be a huge hassle due to it being on a very busy part of Savannah highway. Also, surrounded by car lots and not much else .

I was pretty satisfied with most aspects of the hotel, except the electric plugs didn't work in the bathroom and the other wall plugs were worn out and maintenance was not available until after we left. The breakfast had a good variety with several hot foods and protein options and refills. Staff were helpful.

The rooms were dirty, stained mattresses. Bad smell. The hotel charged us more than Expedia does. The area isn’t the greatest. Very outdated hotel. Check in staff was friendly

I booked at the Sleep Inn because it was a “non-smoking” hotel when I got in my room someone had smoked and it smelled terrible there was no way to open up the window. They also gave me a handicap accessible room, and I don’t like that because I take that away from a handicap person. When I complained about the smoke in the handicap room, they told me it was because I booked through a third-party (Hotels.com) so I told them I would give them a review through the third-party So here it is

The room was so-so. For the price I was expecting a lot better. The property definitely needs updating. Only one sort of working ice maker for a 4 floor hotel is not acceptable. Bathroom toilet and shower area were small. Breakfast was so-so.

Parking lots has no lights. Side door does not work. Our bathroom door was really dirty on both sides. Hallways need to be re done and vents need to be cleaned. Breakfast was decent and the dining room was clean so that was a plus. Fountain outside has weeds coming out. Location safe. It’s September in South Carolina and the pool is closed for the season.
