House keeping never brought any more coffee to the room for the 3 nights I stayed. The room was good except…..the toilets should be adult height not child height. I know it wasn’t labeled a handicap room but the higher toilets was all that was missing

Easy check in and check out procedure. My incidental hold was only 20$ which was pretty cool to me. Breakfast was yummy and simple but keep in mind it is a hotel breakfast, not a 5 star restaurant. Area is secluded and quiet but close enough to freeway entrance. Room was clean and hotel was quiet! Would absolutely stay again!

This stay was disappointing. Upon preparing for bed, the sheets had not been changed. When informing the front desk, they delivered replacement sheets which contained two bed bugs. Also, there were no garbage cans in sight and the TV did not work.

Awesome Airport Hotel

Once again the Sonesta had priced itself to be the ideal airport hotel. This hotel really sets a standard that's difficult to match. Clean, quiet and very comfortable. This time I was able to enjoy breakfast, thanks to a later flight. A more than adequate start to the day. I would rate it SIX stars of they resurrected the airport shuttle.

This Sonesta Suites was nice and clean. It was a nice room for what it provided. I needed a refrigerator as I was carrying food with me. The bed was comfortable and there was a large sofa and a desk available. I only stayed for several hours as I had to get on the road really early. The friendly faces I came in to, though, made my stay really comforting. I appreciated this property for that. However, it made me think that all Sonesta properties are created equal, and chose to stay at another. They are not all equal. I would learn this one may have been stellar in comparison to others.
