My daughter and I stayed at The Ryder to celebrate her birthday and attend a concert at the Gaillard Center. The location couldn’t have been more perfect—just steps away from great shopping and restaurants downtown. The hotel has such a fun, funky vibe, and we loved every minute of it! The food at Little Palm was fantastic, and the coffee and pastries from the Coffee Counter were a treat. Every staff member we encountered went above and beyond—truly exceptional service. Definitely a 5-star experience!

Amazing!!

Amazing!! Location is perfect, easy walk to shops, restaurants and other historic attractions. Pool and bar are fantastic!! Bed was super comfy, room spacious and the shower has great water pressure which can be a problem in some hotels. On site coffee shop a definite plus for me as a coffee lover. I must give a huge shout out to Chelsea at the front desk. She went above and beyond!! This girl is a gem!! Highly recommend The Ryder!!

Lovely hotel

My group of 6 loved the hotel, the staff and the location. The only thing I would change is where our rooms were... it's a U shape and we were at the far end of the U with the only exit back to the front at the beginning of the U. There is a door to the pool, but it stays locked. Would be awesome if there was a key reader so you can at least exit that way.

Our room backed up to a dj booth that played from noon-10pm. We had a window but it was covered on the outside with a privacy screen so no natural light at all. No coffee in the room, but coffee was supposed to be availible for sale in the lobby. Woke up on Sunday got dressed to go buy coffee, but the desk was closed until the next day.

Beautiful boutique hotel

Beautiful hotel with great staff, everyone was warm and welcoming. Had a room on the fourth floor which you have to take a second elevator which is quite a walk around the 2nd and 3rd floor, it was a pain taking all our luggage up there. Rooms have no microwave or coffee pot, the frozen iced coffee in the coffee counter is delicious though. The daily amenity fee is $40 and valet parking is about $59 which is an extra $100 a day if you think about it on top of your daily rate. I would consider staying again but not on the fourth floor.
