This 3-bedroom (4 beds), 2-bathroom home is located in the quiet, quaint community of Ocean Ridge. Our home provides a very comfortable, bright interior with an abundance of natural light streaming in through large windows, creating an inviting ambiance. Rental includes a fully stocked kitchen with dishes, utensils, coffee maker, coffee and filters, toaster oven, blender, and basic spices, flat screen TV, a private back yard, outdoor furniture, fire pit, propane grill and grilling utensils, board games, DVD player and DVDs, books, beach chairs, umbrella and cooler, air conditioning, an outdoor shower, and the convenience of exclusive Charlestown Beach and Blue Shutters Beach parking for one car. This home is located approximately 1.5 miles away from the Charlestown Beach, kayak rentals and boat launches, local seafood, coffee spots, ice cream shops, and some of the best restaurants in southern Rhode Island. We are within walking distance of Green Hill Pond and just a short drive to Narragansett, Newport, and Watch Hill beaches, restaurants, and shopping.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Leave the beach pass & boat ramp key on the kitchen table, if applicable.
Turn the heat or a/c off.
Place used towels in the laundry basket in the basement.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Please use the outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach to help protect our indoor plumbing. Sand can build up and lead to serious plumbing issues.
Dogs must be house trained and current w/shots. The owner must pick up after your dog and is responsible for any damage. Please inform us at booking.
