Reception staff were on the phone when we walked in and did not acknowledge us for some 5 minutes then walked away as he acknowledged us bought out another staff member to deal with the phone matter then proceeded to tell us all about that matter. Eventually gave us our key after filling us in about what was on around town even though he was told I was born there. No phone numbers or addresses on any of the food outlets listed in the compendium, asked at reception to be told ‘must have been having a bad day that day’.
