My mom is 83 and slightly limited in her mobility. This property was easy for her to access (short ramp made walk in much easier than stairs) and the spectacular sunrises over the marina gave us great joy. Scott (owner) was super friendly and helpful sharing some things we would enjoy (restaurants and sights). Property was clean and comfortable. Kitchen was fully stocked and the location was great!! Great neighborhood, fairly quiet and we saw young deer every morning. Charlevoix was super charming and the Harwood cafe had great coffee and snacks to get our day started. Would definitely recommend this property!

Family vacation and wedding- exceptional experience

We had a wonderful stay! This is a beautiful condo, comfortable, clean, spacious, cozy, and it had everything we could have needed. The view is incredible. The condominium community is peaceful, well maintained, and relaxing. Scott was an exceptional host. We can’t wait to go back.

Charlevoix Outing

This was the 2nd time we stayed at the condo. Great weather. Always something to see and excellent places to eat. I love watching the boats. Easy walks around the property and public beach. Downtown has a farmers market on Thursday that my wife and mother in law enjoy going to. The condo has two very nice bedrooms.

Great Location and Space

We came to this area to golf and try to stay in different places each time. Property was perfect but I wish the condo would have had washing machine and dryer in the condo. We had to drive to the Clubhouse to use the facilities. It’s very hard for me to walk any distance…..other than that, it was very comfortable and centrally located.

Gorgeous main level lakefront condo. Melody & Scott were so easy to communicate and book with. Stayed three days and enjoyed the pool, the views, and walking into downtown Charlevoix - which is a close, beautiful walk away (15 minute walk). Would 100% return and recommend to others. Wonderful Location and Super Clean

The condo is located in an ideal location: overlooking the beautiful yacht harbor and close to town. Unlike some photos, the ones for the property represent the location accurately and faithfully. Ideal for camera buffs. The condo is close to downtown Charlevoix, a few minutes away by car. It can be walked but the distance was a bit too much for us (in our 80s). The condo itself was lovely and comfortable. Generous kitchen with a large supply of utensils and cookware. And super clean. If we’re ever in the area again, we would seriously consider staying here. The occasional rain didn’t dampen our enjoyment of the condo and of quaint Charlevoix.

We (two couples) used this as a base for a few days in the area in early October as part of a Lake Michigan circle tour. The condo is very well set up, and had everything we needed. The view of the harbor is very nice, and we would have enjoyed sitting out on the patio if the weather had been better. The owner was very easy to communicate with. We did miss having cable TV available, but the one TV in the living area is a Roku TV so there is a streaming option or you could bring your own, the wifi was excellent.

Fall getaway with Mom

Rented this place because it was close to downtown Charlevoix and it was on the first floor. Went with my wife and my 92 yr old mother in law. Mom liked the place so it has to be good. Weather was fantastic for the end of September. Shorts weather. Places to eat are plentiful and our choices were all great.
