As you enter the property there’s ample parking for 5 cars and a boat trailer making access easy for the whole crew. Enter the home and you’re greeted by a open floor plan main living area with a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, a large dining area with seating for 12, and a Livingroom with ample comfortable seating, a fireplace and a huge TV for hanging out. Also on the main level is the Lakeview Primary Bedroom with a King Bed, Fireplace, separate sitting Deck, a Coffee Bar and a huge En-suite Bathroom. Upstairs there’s two large Bedrooms each with Queen Beds and a full bathroom with glass shower.

Back to the main level and through a welcoming Drop Zone you enter a second wing with another open Floor plan Kitchen and Gathering room including a Huge 4K TV, comfortable seating with Fireplace and of course Lake Norman Views. It also has separate access to the Lake and Deck. Upstairs in this wing is an enormous Bunk room, with three beds. A queen and two twins. The first attaches to both the main living area and the Wing and includes a dining table (sits 8), and a large sitting area with sectional couch and two chairs. On the second level the Hot Tub has full lake views and there’s access to a grass yard for pets and children. The third level provides access to, the Large Fire Pit area including a Corn Hole game and the Dock and Dock Bar with four seats. From here the large covered dock provides lake access, Paddle boards, two Kayaks and a closet for Lifejackets.
