Room surfaces were not clean, there was crumbs, drink rings and something splashed over it. The Bed & bathroom were clean. Trash cans around property and in halls were overflowing. One elevator out of service. Breakfast was not refreshed appropriately as well as messy and over full trash cans

We stayed in room #210 on February 28 th and we checked in late on our way to Miami. This room absolutely ruined our first night of vacation. At the very moment we entered the room there is strong smell of cigarettes and some other bad smells mixed with smoke!!! It felt like suffocating and we had two kids with us all tired and exhausted with this horrible experience!!!Also the sofa bed was filthy with the ashes and some other white stuff which was not cleaned at all. Also we don’t think the room cleaned since there are pieces of orange peels and m&m candy pieces laying on the floor when we entered there. The only mistake we made was we didn’t ask for the room to get changed which the manager on duty said we should have done it and they would be able to get it done when we complained it about the next morning!!! We booked the stay with Expedia after seeing 8.2 ratings!!! Anyway we don’t recommend this one to anyone!!!!Really disappointed

Their heated indoor pool was the coldest pool I've. Ever been in. We picked between this hotel and another that both had pools for the kids and this was unfortunately a disappointment. It was like an ice plunge and the floor was extremely slick. The breakfast and the room was good though.

The rooms were nasty, not cleaned, bed sheets not washed and stains on them. Found hair strands near telephone. I changed 3 rooms that night and it’s the same story in all of them. It was almost midnight and couldn't move to another hotel. So, stayed there for a night and checked out.
