I was given a room with a broken shower head. We i turned it on the water squirted everywhere from the broken shower head. The sliding glass door to the patio, came off the track, which i had to catch the door. If i didn't catch the door it would have fell on me. Very on unsafe!!!! The maintenance person told me there was missing hardware from the sliding door. Why was this room giving to me if it was in poor condition?!

Everything was fine until after we checked out, My husband forgot his expensive denture in the room, He called right away and the front desk wasn't helpful at all .. almost rude he asked us to call back next day 9am-4pm, So we did ,the cleaning lady said the room hasn't clean yet and he explained what he forgot and left phone number...no one called back... very bad service ... I understand that we forgot something there... but things happen... you people didn't even look for it and don't care ...will not stay there again!
