Beautiful hotel. Indoor pool was great. Restaurant staff was the best! The workout facility was good. Location was great. The big bummer was the extremely loud a/c.

Bang for the buck!!!

Met Mr. Justin whom was extremely professional and personal. Check went well, black female forgot her name was but I appreciate how accomatating she was to a special request of mine. I am a Embassy Suite hopper and this has been the best this year out of four others.

Inoperable TVs

The room was ok. The TVs didn't work and were replaced twice and still didn't work. The pool was out of order and the ice machine on our floor didn't work. We were never offered another room with working TVs.

Great Visit!

Great stay, we were on a family trip to Carowinds for my daughter’s birthday. We had a lovely time the hotel was clean, great location. We will be back again.
