Great location and beautiful economy hotel

Easily the best Hampton Inn I have ever visited. Fabulous location in a nice part of Charlotte near Great shopping and restaurants (including a large and high end mall). We had a sweet that accommodated our family extremely well at a very good rate. I will absolutely stay there again if need comes.

There is no hot tub, FYI. The reason we booked here is for the hot tub and it got filled in over a year ago. The staff said they have yet to change the signs and the pictures online. We had to switch rooms because my fiancé with macro hearing, could hear the Elevator, although I could not. The staff was very gracious and accommodating, and switched our rooms. The hotel is beautifully decorated, although not sure why they chose to paint the outside of bright yellow. We ultimately ended up really enjoying our stay!

Slice of heaven in Southpark

Great location and sparkling clean ...very safe and friendly atmosphere. Room was so comfotable...whirlpool tub relaxing and clean . The staff were very helpful with their recommendations for the area . Will definately stay here again !
