This place was great! The only problem was the escalator was broken so we had to use the elevators which was highly inconvenient since there was a tournament in the hotel. Otherwise it was pretty great:)

Ice maker broke on the floor I was on. Couldn’t get to another floor due to the elevator only allowing to your floor. Iron was broken. ( in several pieces) not even sure why it was left in the room. Never got the replacement that I requested. Went down for coffee in the morning and was rudely replied to by the lady in the restaurant that it’s normally for just people in the restaurant.

I had to leave after 30 minutes due to an asthma attack because theirs is such a strong odor from the spray that this hotel sprays EVERYWHERE!! I couldn’t even make it to the desk and I messaged the desk on the app many times and no one bothered to ever answer. When I finally called at 3 am to ask them to please finish my check out and explained the situation they said to check with the app I booked for a refund they couldn’t do that and I had not even asked for one I simply wanted them to take in consideration the health hazard of these heavy aerosol sprays they were using and how they can be harmful for some. I would never ever stay here again and I’m very disappointed because I normally enjoy a Hilton hotel stay. You need staff that care and for someone to remove the harsh chemicals and replace it with something safer for people and more eco friendly.
