Nice Hotel and the price was good. The only thing about this location is the having to leave the property if you arrive late bring drinks and snacks with you or you’ll have to venture back out to take care of that. There is a cafe but it’s closed in the evenings. There is a bar but had a teen with me for this trip so couldn’t hang out there.

Wow, the Hilton charlotte University Place. OMG. What a family friendly experience, The front desk staff are amazing,no question. Example: Me and my wife room was not ready when we arrived from Fayetteville nc . The front desk immediately upgraded our room to Executive Suite. We will always stay at the Hilton staff

Overall, we had a very nice stay at Hilton Charlotte University Place. The property itself is beautiful, well maintained, and in a great location. The staff were exceptionally pleasant and welcoming throughout our visit — from check-in to any questions we had during our stay. The room was comfortable and quiet, and the bed was very cozy. However, we did notice quite a few hair strands on the bedding and in the bathroom upon arrival, which suggested the room may not have been cleaned as thoroughly as expected. That was disappointing given the otherwise high quality of the hotel. Overall, it was a good experience thanks to the friendly service and comfortable accommodations, but improved attention to housekeeping details would make it excellent.

We were there for a professional conference. The inside of the hotel was great, clean and comfortable room, very modern and stylish, but several cars in the parking lot were broken into while we were there. The windows were busted out. I was afraid for my adult daughter and myself to go out and walk around in the area.

The queen size beds are more like fulls. They hurt my back horribly. We booked them for the view because the kings were booked for lake view but I would rather look at trash cans than feel the uncomfortableness of this again.

I called into the hotel twice to verify early check in, when I arrived an hour prior to check in they “did not have my room available” I walked to the car and then returned because I needed to get changed prior to an event I had to attend: they stated they only had a double bed available but as I am checking in another individual had surprisingly their king room ready. Once into the room, the room was not in the best shape and the bathroom was small. I don’t complain because it was a one day stay and just made the best of the night. I would not return to this hotel
