Horrible night staff

I stayed the night of 5/31 with my elderly parents. First I was told that our room had been given away even though I had paid insurance for it. Then I was told that the airport shuttle would not be available during - 2hr gap the next morning because they were “training.” The shuttle as the reason I had booked the hotel! They were not understanding at all and just threw their hands up in the air basically, like there’s nothing we can do. It was almost laughable it was that ridiculous
