Main level has an open layout for the kitchen, dinning room and living room. The kitchen is fully stocked and has stainless steal appliances and two ovens. Lots of counter and cabinet space and an island that seats 4. The dinning table seats 14 comfortably. This opens up to the spacious living room that looks out to Lake Norman. Enjoy the large sectional, two leather recliners and a 70” smart tv. The laundry room/pantry has plenty of room to store snacks during your stay. The master bedroom comprises of a king bed, leather sofa, walk in closet and an en-suite bathroom with a rain shower head and a jetting tub. 1/2 bath also on the main floor by the entrance.

The upper level comprises of two bedrooms . Each room has two queen beds, a walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom. The upstairs loft has a game table with lots of provided games. It overlooks the living room with beautiful views of the lake.

The lower level is the “hangout” spot. Arcade with over 5000 games, foosball table, shuffleboard, pool table and a huge sectional and a 75” smart tv. The double doors lead out to the 6-8 person hot tub and views of the lake. There is a 1/2 bath and a bedroom with a king bed.

The home is situated on almost an acre. The yard is fairly flat and lots of room for outside games. The backyard is completely fenced in and flat and leads straight to the lake. We have a private boat dock and we provide paddle boards and kayaks. Enjoy the evening by the firepit roasting s’mores and sharing memories. ** Water Level & Lake Conditions Disclaimer

By booking and staying at this property, guests acknowledge and agree that water levels and overall lake conditions are subject to change at any time and are beyond the control of the property owner. Water levels may fluctuate due to factors including, but not limited to, rainfall, drought conditions, dam or reservoir management, and municipal or environmental water regulation.

As a result, the usability of the boat dock, shoreline, and water access areas may vary. At times, water levels may be too low for swimming, boating, or full use of the dock.

No refunds, cancellations, or date changes will be issued due to low water levels, limited water access, or other water-related conditions.

Guests are encouraged to check current lake conditions prior to arrival if water access is a critical part of their stay.
