Modern home with good beds and contemporary styling. Perfect for lounging with friends and family or accessible to many Charlotte venues by car. Two car garage and friendly backyard space for grilling! Excellent space for young children and other travelers who may struggle with stairs.

This is a ranch home and so is well suited for travelers with young children or who may not wish to compete with stairs. I understand a damage deposit is daunting, however you WILL receive this back so long as you do not smoke or bring pets into the home. Remediation of smoke and pet dander is time consuming and expensive.
During your stay at this holiday home, you'll be within walking distance of Independence Shopping Center. A gym and laundry facilities are available. The holiday home offers free WiFi and a kitchen.

Very Nice!

We always spend a night in Charlotte on our annual trip driving to SC. This property was a great alternative to getting a couple hotel rooms. Very clean with everything we needed.

Very comfortable place to stay

The accommodations were so comfortable. We were on a long (12 hour) road trip and it was so amazing to come home to a cozy, clean and spacious place. The amenities were thoughtful and much appreciated. Our only regret was that we had to hit the road at 8am, we would have loved an extra day or two to check out Charlotte.

Nice, new, clean

Title says it all. This property was well stocked with kitchen and bathroom supplies. Space is very welcoming and clean. Nice backyard for the little one to explore.
