Set in one of Myers Park’s few remaining mid-century modern buildings, this upper-level 1BR residence offers a refined, boutique hotel–style stay on prestigious Queens Road. Preserved 1950s character blends seamlessly with fully updated interiors, creating a bright, modern space ideal for business or leisure. 🌿



Please note: You are reserving one private condo within the building. All residences share similar layouts and amenities, though décor may vary slightly. This reservation is for an upper-level residence.



Inside, the condo features a modern open layout with large double-hung windows that flood the space with natural light. Renovated finishes include stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, updated HVAC and plumbing, and a fully equipped kitchen stocked for both short and extended stays. 🍽️



The living room offers a comfortable sectional sofa and a large flat-screen TV—perfect for unwinding after a day in the city. A dedicated workstation with optional monitor and keyboard rental supports remote work and business travel. 💻



The bedroom features an ultra-comfortable king bed and generous closet space, delivering an elevated boutique sleep experience. 🛏️



Guests enjoy one reserved parking space in the private lot, with additional on-street parking available along the side of the building.

From spring through fall, a nearby farmers market operates on Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday. The greenway offers easy access to Freedom Park, Dilworth, and Carolinas Medical Center. 🌳

We want your stay to be as enjoyable and stress-free as possible! Please review the following guidelines carefully before booking.



Rental Agreement:

Guests must be 21+ to book (verified for security only)

A rental agreement will be provided before check-in.

As per the NC Vacation Rental Act, payment, signature, and/or taking possession of the property serves as acceptance.

The booking guest must complete the check-in form with a valid government ID. Missing or inaccurate information may result in cancellation without refund.





Additional information

Please lock all doors and windows when leaving.

Unauthorized late departures may result in a $200 fee.

Optional workstation rental available with monitor, keyboard, and mouse.

We provide a starter kit of supplies, any additional supplies needed must be purchased



Quiet Hours

Quiet hours begin at 10 PM.

Please respect neighbors and keep noise to a minimum.

Only registered guests are allowed on the property.

Parties or large gatherings are not permitted. Any violation may result in a $300 fine and termination of your stay without refund.



Pets

Dogs only (max 2). $59/per pet

All pets must be registered before arrival. Unregistered pets will incur a $120 fee/per pet.

Pet owners must provide breed.

Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding. Excessive hair or damage may result in cleaning fees of $250 plus the cost of any damages.

Guests are responsible for cleaning up pet waste around the property (waste stations are conveniently located around the property).

Any pet that continues to disrupt other guest's and their ability to relax and enjoy their stay may result in a cancellation of your reservation with no refund.

Smoking

Absolutely no smoking.

If smoke odor or remnants are found inside, a $500 cleaning fee will apply.



Damages & Conduct

Please report any damage immediately, we know accidents happen we just asks guests to be truthful when they do

Guests are responsible excessive damages caused during their stay.



Internet Use

Internet is provided for general use.



Trash

Trash should fit in the outdoor bins provided.
