The beds were hard as a rock. The pillows also hard and there was hair on bathroom floor. I did not get a good sleep and staff did not even care to ask how my stay was. Will never stay again

Easy and clean

Check-in was a breeze. Front desk staff very friendly. Our rooms were clean The hotel was incredibly quiet. Would stay there again if I return to Charlotte for another event. Wide variety of restaurants and shopping very close by.

The staff was amazing. My daughter and I realized at 11:30pm that we both forgot our charging blocks for our phones. I went to the desk to see if there was anywhere still open I could purchase one. The desk girl, Angelica said no but went to her car and gave me her personal one to use for the night. This made a stressful evening much easier!

I like this place for this short stay I had for the Coca Cola 600, pretty clean, lot of restaurants nearby, close to the track and great staff. Only complaint I would have is the air conditioning. There’s not like one of those big ac units or a fan in the room for a cool breeze for a good sleep. But that’s really it, I’d stay again if I’m going back for a race weekend.

My place to stay for 20 years for the coke 600

Great place to stay been staying there for the coke cola 600 for 20 years the rooms where excellent the only disappointment was looking forward to the scrambled eggs and sausage with biscuits and gravy hope they bring it back next year

Subpar - disappointed

My family and I booked this room as a last minute added stay for NASCAR. We decided a few week before to add a day. When booking I chose 6 people, chose my room(which was 2 queens and a sleeper sofa). When I noticed on the receipt that it changed my guests from 6 to 4 I contacted the hotel via app messages. I asked if we have the sleeper sofa and was told no. So I asked if we could add rollaways to accommodate 6. I was told “we have blocked a room for you with sleeper sofa”. When we arrived the room, in fact, did NOT have the sleeper sofa. It had two chairs. We called to ask about the sleeper sofa we were promised. They stated there are no sleeper sofas and said we could have 1 roll away. Do you know how hard it is for 2 people to sleep on a single rollaway ? Absolutely unacceptable. There were others checking in when we were leaving that were told the same thing. Do not state and OFFER sleeper sofa if you do NOT have them. The sink did not drain very fast so it filled up while brushing your teeth. Breakfast was alright. Had all the staples and was a plus to the stay.
