Room service ( changing the bed, towels, etc. ) were only done 2X a week. Any hotel I’ve ever stayed in came with daily service. The air conditioning was very loud. The outside of the air conditioning unit was dirty. The back of the tv remote was missing and there was tape holding the batteries in. The size of the bathroom was very small. I would NEVER stay there again.

Very clean and comfortable stay. I booked an accessable room and the shower was a roll-in with grab bars and hand-held shower. Upon entrance to the lobby, there was a noticeable odor of marijuana but there was no odor in the room and it was gone in the morning at check out.

Not only did we not get the room we booked, there was mold in the bathroom and around the sink. When we checked out (20 minutes after checking in) was told there was nothing they could do.

Was pretty much ok, but the breakfast was disappointing. The breakfast is supposed to be until 9:30, but at 8:45 there were certain items missing. When asked was told they would not replace them. Also, you have doors that are supposed to be accessible with your room card. Neither of them would work. So you have to go all the way to the front door.
