Nice hotel, clean, easy to find. Quick, easy check in. Staff was very nice The only problem we had was there was a lot of teens and parents that were really loud staying there due to a competition near by. We were relaxing at the bar after a long day of traveling when the teens were in and out of the lobby yelling across to each other at night and in the morning at breakfast.

Great stay, super clean rooms and allpublic areas.

Great stay snd would highly recommend. The hotel was close to downtown, $15 in an Uber as opposed to $350 a night in a hotel downtown. Our welcome was very warm and made us feel valued, we were thanked being Marriott members. The bedroom and bathrooms were so spotlessly clean, room was large and comfortable. Breakfast was great too. Many saying there wasn’t much choice but there were plenty of options- cereals, muffins, yoghurts, fruit, sausage patties, quiche, waffles, English muffins, bagels, if that’s not enough I’m not sure what is !. It was all very fresh too with food regularly being topped up. My only complaint is about the parking fees. I had researched ahead of time and knew it was $10 but just include that in the overall cost of the room to stop complaints. For most people they didn’t know and I heard 2 complaints in my overnight stay. Would select this hotel again when in the Charlotte area, super close to the highway too to get into the city.

Overall a good, but not great, stay

Airport transfers said “scheduled”, but that apparently meant it needed to be scheduled with the property, not that they have regularly scheduled pick ups like most of the rest of the airport hotels. Another hotel’s shuttle gave me a lift to the property. Besides that, property was nice, quiet, and the room was comfortable overall. Lighting was not dimmable, so found bathroom lights to be harsh and bright, especially for a late night arrival trying to wind down for sleep. Single-use plastic cutlery, cups, and styrofoam plates left sustainable options wanting for breakfast area.
