The facility was going through a remodeling. So a lot of dust in entryway. I found the staff competent and friendly. For weary travelers, the room was comfortable and rested well each night. The room was clean and the restroom newly remodeled. Conveniently located near restaurants and Wally World was close.

We were there while the lobby was being renovated. I assume the rooms will follow, and that's good, because the one we were in was dated, and the bathroom desperately needs a remodel from the studs out. But the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the hotel was quiet. That's all we needed. The gentleman who checked us in was awesome.

The room was horrible the shower knob was broken for the hot water The refrigerator didn’t work, the didn’t didn’t work and I stayed during a snowstorm and to not have working heat was unacceptable The breakfast is mediocre
