Very nice hotel but kitchen staff have apathetic attitude towards their job and customers. Kitchen also has a sanitation rating of 93% which was surprising for such a nice hotel. This also means something has to be done about whatever goes on in that kitchen. It took me sometime to see that the reception is on second floor: no one to direct you to where it is. Very frustrating
