Communicated prior to arrival regarding check in and details. Didn't receive the access code til late and the address is hard to find from Google. Had driven 4 hours from out of state for my graduation and instead of being an easy trip, it was more of a headache. When you're on the road, you don't want to feel like you're running a host down for access to something you've paid for. Didn't get access until after check in when customer service reached out multiple times. Instead of being met with courtesy and patience, I was blamed for being around the corner and not offered an apology. Just put a sour experience on what was supposed to be a great day and weekend. Instead of blaming someone just admit that things weren't communicated in a timely manner and make it better. Property wasn't bad, clean but just a little out dated. Dishwasher is broken if needed by the way.
