Great Place!

Our stay in Charlottesville was a wonderful experience. The house was clean and centrally located, and the landlord was helpful and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

Convenient and Quaint

Perfect for our brief visit to Charlottesville. Great location, clean, convenient, and spacious for a quaint home. Easy access to downtown, UVA, etc. and a lovely walk to Azalea Park.

We stayed at this home for our sons graduation from UVA. The house is very clean and just as described. Great location. They were so kind to leave a gift basket for my son. Highly recommended.

Charlottesville 10 Miler

Great stay with family while visiting for the 50th running of the Charlottesville 10 Miler. Great location with proximity to Scott Stadium and our girls loved building a fairy house on the large tree stump in the yard. Thanks for a fun weekend!

The house was clean and centrally located to the downtown area. We were there for my son's swim meet, so we didn't stay at the house often. The only thing that was a downside was that there was not a lot of silverware, just 4 of each.

Wedding Party

This was a nice place for our wedding party to crash. We were able to have our hair and makeup specialists come to the house. There was plenty of space to set up, relax, slumber, and commiserate.

Nice stay

The house was nice and clean. However, if you have anyone in your group that is over 6ft tall or weighs over 300 lbs the bathroom on the main level is very small for them. They will need to be able to do stairs so they can use the upstairs bathroom.Overall our stay was great. Was able to make coffee every morning in the Keurig machine. Refrigerator had its own ice maker.
