Best stay ever

Amazing the cleanest and the breakfast was the best at any hotel I have ever stayed at the pool was clean and relaxing once the renovation is done there it will be best place ever it was my second stay there and will be my constant place to stay when I come to charolettesville va close to all the best restaurants and shopping love it there

Water was ice cold they lost their boiler, there was dust from a renovation all over our room, and there were hairs all over not only the towel in our room, but the one they offered us in response to my complaints. Really disgusting. And I don’t usually complain, I’m not picky. The staff were pleasant. Mgmt refunded me one night, but they charged me for the lousy night that my teenage daughter and I spent there with cold water, a dirty bathtub, and hair all over the towels. Sinister.

There was one lady helping out for everything who did not smile not even one time. I don’t know if there was a notice about the construction going on at the website but if I knew I would not bother to go there

The Inn was clean and safe, it was a bit outdated, but they were undergoing some renovations, so it may be upgraded soon. The gentleman who prepares the breakfast was wonderful, very pleasant and made good breakfast. The staff was all polite and helpful.

We enjoyed sitting by the fireplace and having cookies. Though I know they were updating the facility, I would not have chosen bright white for the walls of an English Inn that had a medieval and warm/cozy atmosphere. There was warm water for a short time, which eventually ran cold, but no hot water in the evening or the morning for showers.
