The family suite was very spacious. Unfortunately the sofa bed was horrible-hard mattress and you can feel all the springs. The room would be great if sofa bed was not needed.

Great place. Shower pressure is extremely strong. A/c in room did not keep a very consistent temp but was still comfortable. Fairly recent renovations. Breakfast was great.

The updated areas were very nice. It was very apparent in the too. What had not been updated( electric socket in bathroom not fully installed/ space around it). The breakfast was very limited- yogurt had artificial sweetener, nothing for someone with gluten intolerance and the eggs were marginal. Staff not that helpful

Very nice but…

Hotel was clean and looked as if it had just undergone a refresh. Our only issue was the TV did not work. They did offer to look at it but when were leaving for something to eat around 4 o’clock we were informed that they have no maintenance on site for the night and they would leave word for the morning shift, which they did. Upon arrival later that night the TV did not work. The woman at the front desk although very pleasant said it was an issue throughout the hotel and could not offer us anything other than 1 hour extra to check out.

This place is fantastic! It is very clean, the rooms are a good size, and well furnished. The staff is on top of their game and can handle just about any problem. You might bring to their attention. In particular, I want to mention the Free breakfast that is offered. The food is remarkably fresh and well prepared. I wasn’t expecting to have anything but a standard buffet style breakfast, but the English Inn really has the nicest offerings I’ve had anywhere.
