Bath tub is a No for me

It was good.. the reason I didn’t give a 5 star it’s because the washroom has a bath and it’s not really safe for elderly and young kids even though it has a handle. I would have preferred a normal bathroom with no tub. Apart from that it’s was an enjoyable experience. The rooms are neat and the staff her friendly

Nice hotel, rooms were spacious and very clean, beds were comfortable. A little noisy as our room was facing the busy street but otherwise ok. Nice breakfast with a variety of items. It does offer an EV charger on site. Short drive to Charletown and restaurants nearby. Would recommend this hotel.

Staff amazing and responsive

Great stay as always but too many dog owners were allowing their dogs to poop everywhere inside and near entrances. The staff had to run around clearing up after those irresponsible dog owners' dogs. Also, I hope they limit pet owners to only certain rooms because as a parent to children with allergies it makes it difficult to find a room that doesn't have pet allergens from previous occupants. The pool basin walls could also use a cleaning.

I like the layout of the room especially the bathroom was decent sized. I love hooks for towels away from toilet on the wall, and hooks on the wall in room for bags and jackets. I don’t like there’s no sheet separating the top blanket and the bed because the heavier blanket don’t get washed every time as the sheets would. I don’t like the sofa bed was thin and have no back support. I don’t like the pillows have no support and will collapse flat with the weight of your head.
