Beautiful hotel, nice breakfast, convenient location. After driving for 5 hours it would have been nice to check in a little earlier than the 4pm check-in time. Charlottetown in February, most of the stores and coffee shops were closed and the sidewalks were full of ice and slush. The staff invited me to sit in the lobby for 2 hours until check-in time, but after a 5-hour drive I just wanted to rest. I think the staff could have been a little less rigid in this situation.

We had a lovely stay . The staff was wonderful , breakfast had lots of options . Walking distance to lots of shopping places and restaurants. Parking is limited at hotel, this was our only concern :)

The only negative observation was that there was not parking available for all customers. I was able to park nearby on the street, but if there happened to be a winter parking ban due to snow I would have had to find a parkade at my own expense.
