Don't do it!

A total mistake on my part making a booking at this hotel. It's inadequate in every way possible, no proper en suite, awful towels, etc. etc. I do not understand how a family could cope in these so called family rooms. Unfortunately I did not realise it is trying to be a theme type experience, rather than being a 'proper" hotel. We arrived at 5 pm and there was no parking available. The reception, corridor flooring etc. is as scruffy as you can get. I hope this helps to dissuade you from booking this hotel.

Nous avons séjourné une nuit dans cet hôtel situé à proximité du parc du Futuroscope. L’emplacement est pratique, avec environ 10 à 15 minutes de marche pour accéder au parc, comme la majorité des hôtels du secteur. Le parking peut parfois manquer d’organisation, notamment en raison de stationnements irréguliers (mal garé ou place inventée), mais cela reste gérable sur un court séjour. Lors de notre passage, l’ascenseur était malheureusement hors service. La chambre disposait du nombre de lits nécessaire. La literie, sans être exceptionnelle, reste convenable pour un séjour de courte durée. Quelques améliorations pourraient être apportées, comme l’ajout d’une porte pour la salle de bain ou d’une bouilloire, qui seraient appréciables. Nous avons en revanche particulièrement apprécié l’accueil chaleureux et la disponibilité du personnel. Dans l’ensemble, le rapport qualité-prix est satisfaisant pour quelques nuits à proximité du parc.

Parking à revoir, les places n etant pas ttes matérialisées, les gens se garent n importe comment. Chambres propres et acceuil téléphonique et sur place très professionnel et sympathique. La chambre était propre, mais la Literie décevante deux petits matelas qui glisse on se retrouve sur une planche dans le dos ainsi que le lit qui grince à chaque fois que l’on se tourne, l’insonorisation est à revoir et odeur désagréable dans les toilettes (fortes odeur d’urine). L’emplacement est bien et le restaurant super pour les enfants avec animations.

Le parking est très mal agencé,on ne voit plus les marquages au sol ce qui fait que tout le monde se gare n’importe comment. Les chambres sont vétustes et les rideaux non occultant.
