This cottage is located in a small medieval town in the Gâtinais region, crisscrossed by numerous small streams, making for pleasant, peaceful walks. You can stroll through the streets to enjoy the typical old architecture of the houses, where you might come across a church dating from the 10th and 12th centuries, or the Maison Jeanne d'Arc dating from the 15th century.
Just 100 meters from shops and the Château de la Motte, which was rebuilt in 1609, it is also 20 minutes from Montargis, nicknamed "The Venice of the Gâtinais," with its 132 bridges and footbridges!
An ideal place for stays with family, friends, or for business. The house has a private entrance, with a few steps leading to the first floor, a first terrace, and the entrance to the cottage. From this terrace, you can access the private garden by going down the spiral staircase. A fully equipped kitchen and dining room, a separate bathroom (bathtub, sink, toilet, washing machine), a cozy living room, and a walk-through Bedroom 1 with a 140x190cm double bed leading to Bedroom 2 with two 90x190cm single beds.

On the 2nd floor, there are two bedrooms: Bedroom 3 in the attic with a 160x200cm double bed and a 90x190cm single bed, and Bedroom 4 in the attic with a 180x200cm double bed.

The ground floor of the house is dedicated to the owner's professional activity, with her reflexology and wellness practice. The practice is accessed through the garden gate so that everyone has their own separate entrance.

The garden is semi-enclosed as a stream, "La Faux Rivière," runs alongside it. It has a gravel section and a lawn. Public parking on the street.

All-inclusive rate: heating included, sheets provided and beds made upon arrival, towels included, and end-of-stay cleaning included.
