The place was clean and comfortable. Perfect for a few days. Don't expect to grill or do a lot of cooking, but there are plenty of restaurants close by. Had one small issue the front door knob. It was fixed right away.

Denny was the best host! The home was very spacious and charming. We had everything we needed. I liked it had a driveway with private parking. The neighborhood felt very safe-people walking and riding bikes. I’ll stay here or at another of his properties real soon!

Nice cozy home however there was dog/cat hair everywhere in the bed on the covers and all over the floor and to my understanding pets are not allowed over all a nice place. Everything overall good.

Location is excellent. House was cleaned except for a dead bug found by bedside. Set up is real cute. House was unlocked when we arrived after 8pm. Found out the security lock did not work. Had to get the key from security box in backyard and it was covered with ants & bugs..yuck. I communicated that this happened but no fix during our stay.

Les Mis in Chattanooga!

We came, three friends, to Chattanooga to see Les Mis, an incredible show. We loved staying here. It was a perfect location. The living room was very comfortable a great dining room, nice kitchen, two bedrooms that were comfortable. Nothing fancy but perfect for the price. Front porch definitely needs some help. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. The communication with the owner was fabulous.
