Chattanooga Triathlon Visit
This house was absolutely adorable!! The marriage of rustic and modern was so esthetically pleasing! The layout allowed for a lot of privacy when needed, while also providing a great area to socialize together. We were really looking forward to dining on the back porch, but unfortunately the temps were hovering close to 100 during our stay. The dog run was in disrepair, as was the doggy gate between the porch and the yard. We prefer walking our fur babies anyhow, so the run wasn’t much of an issue, but we would have liked to put the dogs on the porch without constant supervision. The trash receptacle for poop clean up had not been emptied in quite some time. We also would have liked for the kitchen to be better stocked. In other rentals, we’ve been provided with more than one large pot for cooking as well as salt, pepper, plastic wrap, foil, etc. We were only provided with one replacement garbage bag under the sink for our entire 6-night stay. In all fairness, we did not contact the owner/management about the issues we encountered as we were on the run most of the time we were there, and we were able to work around the issues we found. I’d like to think if we’d mentioned these things at the time, the problems we encountered that could have been rectified easily would have been.
