The staff were great, but our stay was not as good as I expected it to be. The evening open bar was only open for a short time which really disappointed the adults. Also, breakfast did not live up to the standard I expect from Embassy suites; not having the option for an omelette was a big disappointment. Going forward I will no longer trust that all Embassy Suites have the same high standard that I’ve grown used to. As a note, if the hotel/location cannot hold up the same standard that other locations have held for years then it should be made know to the guests prior to their arrival.

This was a great hotel for visiting Chattanooga with children. The hotel was within walking distance to the aquarium and many restaurants. The indoor pool was nice and large for a hotel indoor pool. The breakfast was fine. However, there was a long line to get an omelette or waffle. The staff was hustling and doing the best they could to keep up with the demand. It was difficult to find a table to eat at because it was so crowded. All in all a great hotel and I would stay here again.

We enjoyed everything about this hotel. The location was great for downtown activities. The pool was good for our 2 and 4 year olds. There was a variety of good breakfast selections.

We had a great stay and were very happy with our visit. The staff were excellent—everyone was very nice, welcoming, and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable, and we had no issues at all during our stay. Breakfast was excellent; it was a little busy, but the food was good and well worth it. We also appreciated the drink tokens for happy hour, which was a nice extra touch. We even decided to stay an additional night, and the staff made that process easy and stress-free. We traveled with our dog, and it was a very pet-friendly experience—our dog enjoyed the stay too! Overall, we’re very happy and would definitely stay here again.

Room is great. But was booked into a room, came back later and they gave the same room away to someone else- even though our luggage was in there. Found out when keys no longer worked for this room. Told the person at the front and they were rude about it and acted like it was my fault. Manager eventually came and everything was better from there. But there was a comment that they hoped our stuff wasn’t rummaged through after they gave the room to someone else. And the whole time they acted like we were putting them out, when we were the ones with a young kid having to deal with this annoyance. I get that mistakes happen for people. But they had no right to be rude to us about it.

Everything was great but the seemed very short staffed. We had to go down to the front desk for more bedding instead of them bringing it to the room. The breakfast area was a mess, plates everywhere and long lines. I had to circle the block 4 times before I could find a place to leave my car for valet. But other than short staffed, our stay was great.
