The King Suite is the largest room at Riverview Inn — built for families and small groups. A plush king bed and twin daybed with trundle comfortably sleep up to four. You'll also have a microwave, mini fridge, walk-in tiled shower stocked with toiletries, and a bistro dining table. Complimentary guest laundry is available on-site — a lifesaver for families on the go. Step through the French doors onto your private balcony and take in the views.



SKYBOX LOUNGE

Start your morning with our complimentary hot breakfast, served daily from 8:30–10:00 AM. Think golden waffles, fluffy scrambled eggs, seasonal fruit, and rotating daily specials. Beyond breakfast, the Skybox is the inn's shared lounge — floor-to-ceiling windows, panoramic valley views, locally brewed coffee, board games, and the kind of atmosphere where strangers swap trail recommendations and leave as friends.

Yet you're only a short drive from everything downtown Chattanooga has to offer — from the Tennessee Aquarium to the vibrant Southside district. Doesn't matter if your adventure leads up the mountain or into the city, it all starts here.



Getting Around:

We recommend having a car during your stay — each unit is allotted one parking spot, with additional parking available on a first-come, first-served basis. Uber, Lyft, and local taxis are available in the Chattanooga area, though availability is limited on the mountain.

Once you're in downtown Chattanooga, street and public lot parking is reasonably priced. The free electric shuttle runs between the Choo Choo and the Tennessee Aquarium with stops every block — check CARTA's website for current schedules. And for the adventurous, Bike Chattanooga offers bike and e-bike rentals at 42 self-service kiosks around downtown.

PET POLICY:

We love furry adventurers! This property is pet-friendly and welcomes up to 2 dogs (50 lbs or under each). Breed restrictions and pet fees do apply — you'll find the full details in our house rules. We just ask that all pups be on their best behavior!



DEPOSITS:

Guests under 21 or those local to the Greater Chattanooga area will have a $200 refundable deposit applied after booking confirmation. As long as your stay follows our house rules — including our policy on registered guests and private gatherings — your deposit will be returned in full. Easy as that.



NO SMOKING:

To keep things fresh for every guest, all Timberroot properties are smoke-free indoors. This includes cigarettes, vapes, and e-cigarettes. A designated smoking area is located at the gazebo to the left of the café (coming soon). Please refer to your rental agreement for full details, including any fees associated with this policy.



SURVEILLANCE CAMERAS:

Interaction with Guests:

Riverview Inn offers a self-guided experience — no innkeeper, no front desk, just a seamless stay. Shortly after booking, you'll receive a digital boarding pass with everything you need, and your keyless entry details will appear as check-in approaches.

While there's no dedicated on-site host, you'll often find staff around the property. Need extra help? Our Guest Services team is available daily from 8:00 AM to 11:30 PM and just a phone call away.
