Yet, you're just a short, scenic stroll away from the bustling shops and acclaimed restaurants of Frazier Avenue and beautiful Coolidge Park. Start your day with a short walk to Aretha Frankenstein's for a legendary pancake breakfast or a delicious lunch before exploring all the North Shore has to offer.

The main floor features a bright and airy open-concept layout, seamlessly connecting the living room, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. This space is perfect for gathering and creating lasting memories. Step outside to the screened-in back porch and the serene courtyard, where you can relax by the gas fire pit or fire up the Weber grill for an al fresco meal. One of the four bedrooms is conveniently located on the main floor, offering privacy and accessibility. This room includes a king bed and an electric stand-up desk, making it a perfect space for remote work or study. 

Spacious and Thoughtful Accommodations 

Each of the four bedrooms boasts its own dedicated bathroom, ensuring ultimate comfort and convenience for all guests. Upstairs, a cozy landing hangout space is the perfect spot for unwinding. You'll find three more bedrooms on this floor, including a fun bunk room for the kids or a group of friends. The other two rooms feature a comfortable queen bed and a luxurious king bed. The master suite is a true sanctuary, complete with a tranquil master bathroom featuring a dual vanity, a deep soaking tub, and an oversized shower for a spa-like experience. For added convenience, the laundry room is also on the second floor, adjacent to the the spacious master bedroom walk-in closet.

In the basement, you will find a dedicated game room designed for fun and friendly competition. Challenge your companions to a match on the competition-grade ping pong table, shoot some hoops with the mini-basketball game, and enjoy a classic game of Connect Four or cornhole. Then take a break between matches to watch your favorite show or team on the TV.

You can also hop on the free electric downtown shuttle service to easily explore other parts of the city without a car. (The Walnut Street Bridge is closed for construction until Fall 2026.) 

Convenient Parking 

Leave your parking worries behind; Knollbrook Gardens offers off-street parking for up to 4 cars (2 in the garage and 2 in the driveway). Street parking is allowed one block over on Tremont Street.

Guest Access

Guests have access to the entire property excluding locked owners' closet. Guests will be provided the direct contact information for the property manager prior to check-in.
