First time guest. From meeting Mrs. Andreen at the front desk to get me taken care of, to the cleanliness of the room that I had, it was a great experience on every level. Shout out to Ms. Morgan who took care of my tv remote situation my first night there. TV remote did not work, so I went down to the lobby to let her know what was going on and she said that I was supposed to have a different remote for the tv, and she went the extra mile to find one for me! Much appreciated!! Great customer service all around! Mrs. Andreen is awesome at the front desk! Thanks to everyone! Keep up the great work!!

The staff are incredible and the property is impeccably clean and nice. The shower is incredible and the food nearby is top tier. Our only complaints are that the wifi was horrific and the bed was incredibly uncomfortable and very mobile lol.

Easy online reservation-optional text to check-in- Amazing Lobby-Room was updated & extremely clean- My sis- in-law & I came to town for a Concert at “The Signal. Concert Hall” on Choo Choo Ave. We were thinking we wouldn’t feel safe enough to walk there & back at dark but the streets were lit & an easy walk! Breakfast was FREE. Check out at 11am was great! I would stay here again & again! 10 stars.

Very clean and comfortable stay. Excellent location. Plenty of things to do and good places to eat nearby. Safe and quiet. Friendly staff. My only complaint is the shower control was behind a fixed shower door panel, so you had to step in the shower, getting wet, to turn it on. But the water pressure and quick hot were great.

Great weekend in Chattanooga

We were in town for the IBMA festival. The location of this hotel was perfect!!!! We parked our car when we arrived and did not drive again until we left town several days later. Our room was comfortable and clean. The 'closet space' was adequate for our purposes, but I can imagine someone traveling for business, or in town for a formal occasion, might have a problem. The staff was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They remembered us each time we came and went and were ready with recommendations when we asked. Our whole weekend in Chattanooga was great! We would definitely stay here again!

Clean and new, great value. Staff genial and super helpful, with a few communication glitches. Room super clean, pretty small by standards (2Q), points OFF for barn door bathroom and shower that can't be turned on without getting soaked (contractor/design error). Ticketed for parking even though we had paid, but management was attentive and is resolving that. A good value and walking distance to Convention Center a plus.

I checked in late but the desk clerk was friendly and efficient. The room was clean and quiet. Hot shower, decent water pressure. Breakfast was well maintained and a nice selection. Right in the middle od downtown Chattanooga. Close to everything.
