FULLY FURNISHED and Stocked.
The location is very convenient and you can walk to multiple local restaurants. Boccaccia , being one of my favs! The new Publix is approx 2 miles down the street.
The space
Open Concept with modern finishes. Half guest bath on main floor. Queen bedroom, large walk in closet with washer and dryer in addition to ample storage . Balcony off of bedroom upstairs. Kitchen features lots of cabinets, pantry and door that leads to courtyard.

Quick getaway to Chattanooga

The townhome was very clean. The wood floors added a nice touch to the decor. The owners were very responsive online. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything. Parking spaces were always available. Quiet neighborhood. Easy commute by car to downtown.

Modern Townhome in Chattanoogs

This townhouse was super cute and conveniently located. Communication was excellent and check in/out was easy peasy. Little amenities and lovely touches were all over the place, from the snack and coffee bar in the kitchen to the extra blankets in the closet. The only downside of this property is that the bedroom was pretty bright all night because of the neon sign on a business across the street and the one accent window with no shades/blinds. A set of blackout curtains and some blinds on the small window would have made a world of difference.

Perfect!

Loved this rental. Very clean and well stocked. Very close to our weekend activities at Ruby Falls and Rock City. Owner very prompt with replies. Would stay again if the need ever arises! Thanks for a comfortable stay!

Clean and close to restaurants & attractions

Husband and I were just on a short getaway. Been to Chattanooga a lot but always for work. The home was exactly as pictured & described. New and nice. Older part of town but is located within a mile or two of many great restaurants and local attractions. Hosts responded quickly to messages. Would stay there again!
