Park Pointe A301 - Community Pool/Hot tub

Lake Days A301 is a spacious top floor, corner unit at Park Pointe.  The vaulted ceilings and southern exposure make you feel as if you are walking on sunshine from the great room of this unit. Sleeping up to 6 comfortably, you will enjoy a King bed in the master bedroom with ensuite bath, a Queen bed in the private guest room, and a Full sleeper sofa in the living area.  “Lake Days” has a come relax at the lake theme with special attention given to every corner of this beautiful unit.  Enjoy views of beautiful Lake Chelan, the park and surrounding mountains from your private balcony or while soaking up the sun at the heated pool and hot tub. (Pool is seasonal, opening May 15th-September, weather dependent.)

When you are ready to go explore, you are just steps to the trail system that takes you to the lake, Don Morse Park with a public marina and boat launch and the iconic Lakeview Drive-in. Stroll a little further to enjoy the restaurants, wine tasting and all the shops in historic downtown Chelan. The central location of this Lake Chelan vacation rental is one of the best in the valley! Free WiFi

Chelan/Methow valley trip

Nice clean condo with great access to lake Chelan and downtown area. Road noise from west Manson road was greater than we liked so we had to keep the doors and windows closed. Also lots of stairs to contend with. Other than that we had a great time.

Relaxing Beach Themed Getaway

Everything was as nice as described at the site. Our only surprises were finding the left behind sock in the master bureau, the carpet to the master bedroom had track marks on it in the entryway one looked like a ladies high heel/ stiletto lol. We left our shoes at the convenient bench upon entry. There was a seafood stench coming from the kitchen sink (really horrible) and immediately noticeable so since I needed the sink right away , I just took care of it myself. Overall, it gave me the impression that the cleaning crew missed some things. The parking passes said last tenant was checked out on the 19th. We arrived the evening of the 22nd. I guess 3 days of seafood water in a drain could've definitely caused that smell. Other than that, we loved everything about the condo. It was very comfortable and spacious and had all the amenities needed to enjoy relaxing, cooking, and swimming during our stay. I would definitely recommend to a friend and gladly stay again.

Perfect location!

This place was extremely neat, was well stocked in the Kitchen, and had a great view of the hills and lots of natural light. Easy walk to town and the lake, quick drive to wineries. Would definitely stay here again!

Super clean condo close to downtown

Plenty of room for 2 couples with comfortable beds and furniture. Kitchen was great- plenty of glasses, dishes, bakeware etc. Loved the pool and hot tub- very close to this unit. Walked to Kave coffee shop next door for breakfast each day- fantastic pastries and coffee. Good location near beach park and nice large patio with comfortable furniture, but close to road and a bit noisy. Lovely mountain views and sunsets. The AC struggled because it was 105 while we were there, but mgmt responded quickly. A very nice stay!

The property was clean, but the AC didn’t work. The property management said it was something we did, which was not true. It was over 80 degrees. While the maintenance guy was friendly, prompt and very understanding, the property management was not. They did provide an AC unit but this only fit in the bedroom. They said all property AC was working, however, when we went down to check 5 of them were not on. We have stayed at these condos on and off for years and always rented privately. This was the first time through Windermere and was completed disappointed by their communications. A huge shout out to the maintenance guy though. He was compassionate and caring.

Better security needed

Our condo was extremely well appointed, clean, comfortable, and larger than expected. We figured it'd be noisy since it's on the main road, but we did not expect a group of hooligans to sour our experience. A large group of thugs used the pool and hot tub friday night for their personal party until well after 1am. This particular condo is right above the pool and this made it even louder. They threw bottles and garbage all over the pool making it unusable for our stay. I could not find any security or after hours emergency number anywhere in our emails or the welcome book. I finally found a number to call on the clubhouse door, but he was out of town. I had to take matters into my own hands when they tried to come back the next night... they chose to sabotage someone else's pool after that. This is not a reflection on Windermere, or the lovely condo itself, but a blight on the Park Pointe Condo HOA for not paying for security (even just a gate might help!). There is a chance that these condos are less to rent than others because of this foresight, so plan accordingly.

Great little getaway spot in Chelan!

Very close to the park and town, pool was nice and convenient, everything was as expected in the unit. Only Hiccup on sign in was the code for the door was outdated/messed up in our email, but a quick phone call resolved this.

Fabulous Girls trip location

We really enjoyed the property! It was very clean and well appointed. Especially the kitchen- had everything you might need. The beds were comfy and the bathroom was spacious. Getting the key out of the lock box was a bit of an issue but with some help from a neighbor, we figured it out. Would stay again!

Great property in Chelan

I stayed at this condo with my girlfriend and another couple . We loved the location and cleanliness of the unit. We used the pool everyday and then it was just a short walk down to the lake. We had two cars and didn’t have any issues finding parking even on a holiday weekend. We used the grill and outdoor patio to eat every day. The only con is that there weren’t many towels available between showering and the pool but they do have a washer and dryer in unit. Great rental, thank you!
