We enjoyed our stay at Clarence Court while visiting family in the area. It was clean and close to shopping and restaurants. Onsite parking, restaurant and bar were especially convenient.

Hotel conveniently located for Cheltenham centre. Breakfast We arrived at the end of service,so understandablly hot breakfast was unavailable. We were offered cold breakfast. But no milk,so cereals not an.option. No coffee or tea available. Disappointed.

This is a beautiful period hotel that is family run. The reception staff and the restaurant staff were fantastically welcoming and friendly. The mattress was a little too squishy for me. The bathroom tap wasn’t capable of running cold water. The WiFi password didn’t work. There was only one bath towel. However we understand how difficult it is for small businesses and overall we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you
