部屋の清潔感に問題あり

ロビーは清潔感があるものの、部屋のなかはあまりよくなかった。壁やカーペットの染みがいたるところにあり、ソファーやベッドも生地が破れている部分が目についた。中国の安めのホテルはタバコの臭いが部屋に染み付いてしまっていることが多いが、このホテルもそうだった。次回は他のホテルにとまることを検討したい。

深夜のチェックインで、タクシーに携帯電話を落とした事に気がつき、フロントに事情を説明したが、日本語がわからないのにスタッフが懸命に対応してくれました。警察への届け出など、翌日も引き続き、タクシー会社への問い合わせもしてもらい、無事に携帯電話は返ってきました。その日の午後にはロシアに出発する予定でしたので、本当に感謝しています。ホテル フロントの魏さん、皆さん、ありがとうございました。次回も是非宿泊したいホテルです。

Very nice Hotel near by UESTC. Everything is fine but there is only one staff who can speak english. She was very kind to help us but when she leave work, we were very hard to request or ask something. and only hot juice and milk are ready for breakfast. no cold juice and milk. it's unfamiliar for me. except these thing, It was nice stay. i can recommend this hotel when you visit UESTC for any conference or acadamic research.
