It was a great and pleasant experience overall:). Thank you, but 1 suggestion will be, exercising flexbile check-ins, and check-outs especially for International Passengers would help to make the Stay very much more gratifying for the money paid, and would even go a long way to make the Hotel Accomodation an unique experience, as you would stood out from your competitors, given how customer centric and driven, hospitality sector is. Very convenient for shopping in T Nagar. Breakfast is good if included in your package. Little on the expensive side if breakfast not included. No Pool. Sangeetha restaurant is nearby offering great food. For me, Sangeetha was the main draw.

The room had broken wooden planks, old broken toilet. I tripped over the broken wooden floor and hurt my toe. I asked them to transfer us to The Residency Towers(it was great hotel with nice staff) but they changed our room instead which was still bad. Our stay included breakfast, 1st day I requested for a take away breakfast and they didn't deliver to me as promised. 2nd day I and my wife went to the restaurant to have breakfast, the waitress there was very rude and literally pushed us out. Every waiter, live counter person inside the restaurant were rude and unethical. When my wife asked for water, waitress got mad and said in a very loud tone 'wait.... madam' and she put a glass bottle with a thudding noise. They are interested in serving a set of people only. I and my wife walked out of the restaurant without eating and complained to manager Lakshmi he said he will take care and even mentioned he will write a letter to their management copying us. We stayed at that hotel for another 3 days after that incident but no letter, no one from management contacted us. We didn't feel like eating breakfast there though our room charge included price for breakfast. People at the lobby don't want to help with luggage, interested in tips only. Front office person Pramod doesn't know how to talk and treat guests. Tried calling Front office manager Suresh Kumar S many times, he didn't answer. Expedia PLEASE help others by removing this hotel from listing. AVOID this hotel.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The breakfast was good, the staff were helpful and courteous, and the overall cleanliness was above average. The room was fine. I received the standard and comfort I paid for. While I’m not comparing it to luxury hotels in Chennai, everything was well managed and satisfactory. I believe the hotel manager deserves appreciation.
