We drove from Rock Hill Sc. Checked in for Saturday and Sunday stay. Was there 2hrs. Got a phone call. Our daughter was in a very bad accident. Broke her leg in several places. Needed 5 hr surgery to put back together. Of course we had to leave immediately. Checked out. I understood paying for Saturday. But Sunday could have been refunded. But management said no. I would even settle for a credit for another time

The staff were all pleasant and very helpful. They let us know a bit about the area we were staying in. The extra amenities such as transportation to the Casino and the open outdoor pool were definitely put to use. We were very pleased how clean our room was and a nice perk was waking up to a nice continental breakfast. This establishment is very close to a major food store and several restaurants.
