When we arrived we were not greeted. Staff is unfriendly. Breakfast was a joke. The bed was super uncomfortable and no quilt! Second key didn’t work. Toilet seat was unacceptable. Just awful!

Interesting stay

We got a king bed. We were put on the bottom floor next to a parking lot which was more like a motel, we asked to be in the main hotel but they were sold out. So it felt like a motel experience. We were in a non smoking room. Someone outside in the parking lot was smoking outside of our room and it creeped into the room which made everything smell like cigs. Our neighbor had their tv blasting until 5 am and I could hear it through the walls. Someone also had chickens (not kidding) that I could hear making noises in the early morning. Checkout was 11 am, housekeeping knocked at our door at 10:55 while we were still packing up. The bed was fine, barely a comforter on the bed. Pillows felt kinda yucky.
