We always stay here when going to Harrah's. Clean rooms and pleasant staff. Gentleman that drives the shuttle is always so nice.

At check-in the man at the desk wasn't friendly but wasn't unfriendly either. I asked him a question about the casino and he said he'd never been there. The hotel is clean and quiet but is in need of some TLC.

We enjoyed staying here because it was close to the casino. If we wanted to walk it was a very short distance. (You could see the casino from the hotel) The hotel offered a ride every hour to the casino as well. Our room was clean and comfy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Would recommend staying here and we will be staying here next time we are in Cherokee!

It was a good spot to stay at near the casino, just felt gloomy on the inside, room was nice, plenty of towels, bed were comfortable king size bed.

This property is located within walking distance of the Harrah's Cherokee Casino and Event Center; however, they also offer a free shuttle that runs once every hour until 1 a.m. Although the accommodations are pretty bare bones, there were no major issues.

Cherokee Grand Hotel was perfect for my work trip allowing me to pull right up to the room and unload the gear for the night. Room was clean, parking lot was clean and organized and I would definitely stay there again.

Terrible beds

First room we were given, was on ground floor as I had ask for, but only had sheer curtains, so anyone could see in. We were move to the 4th floor, said that was all they had, but parking lot was empty. Maybe 10 cars. Bed was hard,I didnt sleep much and was exhausted by the time we left.
