The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Place all sheets and towels in the laundry bins located in each closet of each room. Remove food that you have personally brought. Please leave the condiments that have been supplied.
Large black trash bags are located in the lower cabinet in pantry. Please bring all trash to the dumpster at the entrance of the community.
Lock boxes for the main front door and the door to the private suite are located right outside the door. After locking up, please return keys there.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
