The room was clean and spacious. The staff were friendly and responded to our request with urgency. The pool was clean and warm. Our kids enjoyed their time swimming. On our next visit, we will definitely consider going back.

Something about the front desk employees the younger gentleman was very helpful and nice but I received what I believe to a stereotyped and biased environment I walked through the doors and was followed down the hallway because I didn't look like I had a room.(not by the younger gentleman it was an older man)

The room was cozy but i didn't really get proper sleep from all the question asking. I was also told not to put my fur coat on the bedding ??? Hmm, ok. I was totally agrred with rthat. I did not like being asked, "which room am I occupying," each time I was seen (which was a total of three times). Is it protocol to ask guests, "which room are they in?" I've never been asked that so I ask, "do you deliver room service?" The answer was no. I made a couple purchases from the counter twice later on that day and also the next morning after having breakfast, I was asked a third time. Did not want to assume but icąrry! It's too many people going missing and you just have to stay ready for whatever. People just be careful.

Our room was clean. The breakfast was refilled constantly. Everything was fresh. The hotel is in great proximity to shopping and dinning. There is a small shopping area right across the street. This is my second stay at the hotel and will stay again.

The room was large with separated bed/living room, clean and bed/pillows comfy.😊 The American breakfast was ok. The charge for pet was increased to $100 however Expedia had that charge for pet was $75 🙁

Front desk was very helpful and accomodating upon entry. Room was clean I didnt experience the breakfast bar but the evening staff was great. I sat at the Bar area to watch the world series and he was very professional and friendly. I asked about local stuff and he was quite helpful. The only issue is the room could use the update option for connecting your phones. Im sad I dont remember the gentlemans names

Clean room, good warm and cold breakfast. What was a little strange was the high water pressure from the shower. Less sturdy people would probably have been blown away. I enjoyed the nice massage, but it might not be for everyone.
