Everything was wonderful, the room was clean and everything I expected. Hotels.com doesn’t make you aware that certain amenities are not available. The hotel did post on there Web site that they were renovating.

The property was fine but under construction so that was apparent. I wish the dog fee policy was more clearly defined, I would have chosen s different location but did not read the fine print and would have appreciated the front desk staff being a bit more kind, less cold.

When we checked in the night before we were told that the pool was available 10 to 10 daily, yet when we came down with our 3 year old the pool was closed. The hotel is being majorly remodeled, yet that wasn't indicated prior to booking it and there was a large amount of noise until 8 pm and the dust was awful. We were very unhappy

We never made it to the hotel and the hotel was supposed to refund money for the second day and never did. Called on the first day to explain and they did not cancel. The room needs improvements, it is like a Super 8 feel in the room, would prefer a shower to a tub, the breakfast area was a conference room and the limited food was lacking any flavor or taste. The staff was kind and friendly. They are improving the hotel lobby and entrance but it was not comfortable checking in.

Front desk treat you like a criminal, fights broke out late at night in front of other people’s door. Ask for city view and got parking lot view. Breakfast was horrible. Food wasn’t even cooked.
