Good little gem.

Good location about 20 mins walk to City centre. Parking available. Free WiFi. You need to call Tom on a mobile number when you arrive to gain access which is displayed on the door. Good breakfast and would stay again. Ideal if you are on business. The room door lock to a bit to work out, you lock it before you shut the door. Fine when worked out. Would have no hesitation in stopping again.
