What a lovely cosy , comfy and friendly place to stay . Right in the centre of Chester just perfect for a weekend break . We were welcomed with a big smile and were able to check in early which was a bonus . The owners made us feel at home and gave us lots of helpful tips on places to eat etc. Breakfast was lovely and set us up for a day of walking around the city . We had a thoroughly wonderful visit and will definitely recommend The Grosvenor House to our friends and family . Thank you so much

Close to town centre. Very welcoming. Lovely to have a fridge in the room and beds were comfy. Only downside was the bathroom was very small with a very small shower

Nice hotel with friendly boss and staff

Provide adequate information about the city. Very tidy & warm room with milk & biscuits provided every day.
