Close for Chester centre Room was very out of date, bathroom tiny

The facilities available at the property were great. But unfortunately the room was very small which meant it was very hot and the windows and blinds needed to be permanently open to allow air in. It was also unfortunate that there were lots of hairs in the bath...

Good distance to chester

Comfortable room although we were just at the top of the stairs so very noisy when people were walking by because of loud floorboards Tired hotel Nice pool and gym Restaurant was not great and overpriced

Dreadful! Bins not emptied, bits all over carpet.

Room not clean! Spa is in a corrugated iron building and not clean. Changing rooms dreadful and had a stench

Nice hotel with friendly staff

I found the hotel well placed for where I wanted to visit. Staff friendly helpful and welcoming. No problem's what so ever and I would stay here again. Would very much recommend this hotel to others
